The Division 3 winner, John McMahan, used not one but two hole out eagles to secure a two-shot victory over two other players. John also used his score today to secure the victory in the Senior Net Contest. John was awarded two trophies and $460 in total prize money. Congrats to John on the victories.
In Division 4, two players would make the turn tied atop the leaderboard. Olu Akingbemi and Alan Campbell where fighting neck and neck down the stretch, but a birdie on the par 4 17th hole, by Olu, was the deciding factor for the victory. Olu posted a score of 85 (+13) to earn the trophy and $190 in total prizes for the victory.
Tour newcomer, Darwin Browne, was able to outlast the field in Division 5 to secure his first win on The Amateur Players Tour. Darwin posted a score of 98 (+26) to outlast the rest of the field. Darwin earned the victory and $210 in total prizes.
