2024 Hampshire Greens

  APT Maryland held its first event of the 2024 season.  22 players from three different tours were challenged by Hampshire Greens. The event was a Stapleford format. Folds of Honor raffle was also conducted. 

Division 1:  
Four Division one players battle it out, Ian Patterson, our D1,2023 Player of the Year, won by two shots over Lou Garcia. 

 Division 2:  
The D2 winner was from the Virginia Capital. Tim Robinson won over Rick Knepp. This is Tim’s first win in the new season. 

Division 3:  
The D3 winner was Maryland John Burkley.  John’s first victory.  John won in a playoff, on the first hole over, newcomer Syeed Mahdi with a par. 

Division 4:  
The D4 winner was from the Maryland Chapter Peter Witkowski, Pete’s steady play, earned him a one-shot victory over Peyton Hottel from the Virginia Capital. 

Division 5:  
D5 winner was James Sims from the Maryland Chapter. James was Maryland D5, Player of the Year 2023, his steady performance earn him a two shot victory over Anthony Manigault.      

Senior Net: 
The Senior Net went to Charlie Hertel, Charlie was the Maryland and National Player of the Year from Division Three.  Charlie won Senior Net over James Sims 

 The winner of the Folds of Honor 50/50 raffle was won by a Golf Course Staff member.
