Here’s a breakdown of the results from Saturday’s season finale tournament:

Division 1 – Jody Clary built a five-shot lead after the first round, and replicated his round of 71 on Sunday to win Division 1 over the weekend. Clary recorded eight birdies during the 36-hole event, including two on his closing nine holes Sunday.

Kurt Waldthausen finished runner-up, carding a round of 71 on Sunday to match Clary, while his Saturday round of 76 left him four shots behind when the dust settled Sunday afternoon. Waldthausen made a back nine charge Sunday, birding three of his final nine holes.

Shayne Burger carded rounds of 76 and 77 during a steady weekend to finish in third place, followed by Nicholas Politis in fourth with rounds of 84 and 76.

Chris Kemp posted rounds of 82 and 84 to finish in fifth place.

Senior Division 1 – Shayne Burger’s rounds of 76 and 77 were enough to claim the top spot in Senior Division 1 over the weekend. Burger made three birdies on his closing nine holes Sunday to shoot just one-over par on the inward stretch.

Division 2 – Scott Weber stayed away from the big numbers as his steady weekend of golf featured rounds of 74 and 73, earning him the top spot in Division 2. Weber built a three-shot lead after the first round, using a birdie on the par-five 15th hole to shoot even par on the back nine. On Sunday, Webber’s steady play continued as he made two birdies on the opening nine holes.

Mitch Howze finished runner-up with rounds of 77 and 76 on the weekend. Howze played his final nine holes in two over par, with eight pars on the closing stretch.

John Barbey finished third with rounds of 81 and 75. Barbey rebounded nicely on Sunday, making two birdies on the front nine to shoot two under par on the outward stretch.

Bob Grove posted rounds of 80 and 77, finishing in the fourth position. Logan Pendergrass and Adam Moore rounded out the top five with rounds of 82-77 and 85-74, respectively.

Senior Division 2 – While Mitch Howze’s rounds of 77 and 76 fell just short of the top prize in Division 2, his impressive play was enough to claim the top spot in Senior Division 2. Howze bounced back from a pair of double bogeys on front nine with two birdies on Saturday, setting the tone for the rest of the tournament. On Sunday, Howze found his groove on the back nine, paring all but one of the final nine holes.

Cash opened the tournament with a round of 86 before finishing with a score of 94 on Sunday.

Cash got off to a good start in his final round, birding the first hole before making three straight pars to settle into the round. Two crucial pars on the back nine proved to the difference on the leaderboard.
