2025 NCR Country Club Tournament Results
Tournament Champions
The Columbus/Cincinnati/Kentucky Amateur Players Tours hosted an event at the prestigious NCR Country Club, drawing 68 players from 8 different states for a challenging Monday competition. Such turnout during the last week of October in Ohio signifies two things: players are facing a championship course and can expect a high-quality event. Despite brisk temperatures of 34°F and a frost delay that pushed back the shotgun start by 25 minutes, the competition pressed on in a Handicap/Stableford format which ended on a sunny 68 degrees.
The event took place on the NCR North course, which, while sometimes overshadowed by the more renowned South course, posed its own unique challenges with fast greens and tight fairways, proving it’s no lesser contender.
In the combined Divisions 1/2/3, Division 3 competitor Jason Wright of the Columbus Tour emerged victorious by a single point over Jim Brown from the Cincinnati Tour. Kevin Wajert, another Cincinnati Tour player, finished three points behind for third place.
In Divisions 4 & 5, Dylan Mulholland of the Indianapolis Tour claimed a comfortable win over Dan Campbell from the Columbus Tour while Chris Berry and Tyler Quibell both of the Columbus Tour tied for third.
Wright’s success extended to the Senior Division, where he secured a commanding 10-point victory over Chris Woycke of Cincinnati. Don Dawson, representing Columbus Tour rounded out the top three.
The tournament organizers extended their gratitude to the entire staff at NCR Country Club for their exceptional hospitality and beautiful facility. The next stop for the Kentucky & Ohio APT is Traditions Golf Club on Sunday, November 3rd.
