We had 48 players come to Oak Valley GC. The players were invited with fall-like conditions for the weather in the high 60’s. The course was in fantastic shape and if you are in the Winston Salem area, it’s a must play.
In Division 1, Jack McCarthy from the Bermuda Run, NC play steady golf to hold off CJ Beatty and Will Morgan. McCarthy round of 73(+1) cleared him by 3 shots with Beatty and Morgan 76(+4). In Double Dip Division Randy Hodges wins with a score of 79(+7). Congratulations Jack and Randy!
In Division 2 we had solid performance from several players. Spurling Cook of Wake Forest, NC secured the true Double Dip victory by carding a round of 76(+4). The round was good to win by 2 shots over Mick Correll and Micheal Mullins 78(+6). Mullins also finished runner up in Double Dip contest.

In Division 3 David Turner carded a round of 79(+7). The round was good enough to win by 5 shots over Rob Andrews and Rocky Griggs 84(+12). Turner also wins in true Senior Double Dip Fashion. In 2nd place in Double Dip was Rocky Griggs.

In Division 4 we 3 competitors that are fighting for the trophy today. Steven Farmer played steady throughout the round to win by 6 shots. Farmer also secured the victory in Senior Double Dip contest.

In Division 5 the 2024 North American POY Champion arrived on the scene, and she picked up where she left off. Rivia Brown cards a round of 90(+18) to win by 4 shots. The round also secures the Senior Double Dip Division as well.
