Division 2
After 9 holes, 3 players were in contention with Joe Robinson leading by 1 over Chase Washburn and Andy Knight. Joe was heading toward victory, standing at 3 over after his 2nd birdie of the back 9 at the par 3 #14. Playing alongside Joe, Chase was 9 over and playing 1 group behind Joe and Chase, Andy was 8 over. Joe hit a rough spot with 2 doubles and a bogey, leaving him 8 over going to #18. Chase found his swing after a bogey on 15, he birdied #16 & #17, to get back into the tournament at 8 over. They would both go on to birdie #18 to finish the day tied at 77. After a birdie on #17, Andy was one back as he stood on the 18th tee box. After his drive hit the large tree on the left of the fairway, Andy hooked his next shot out of bounds. This left Joe and Chase in the 2nd playoff of the day. Playing the 18th hole again Joe had a birdie putt while Chase was in the greenside bunker with a chance to get up and down for a birdie. Joe made his birdie putt and Chase was not able to get up and down, giving the victory to Joe. His 2nd on the season and put him in a hotly contest Player of the Year race with Kirk Russell and defending POY Wesley Jordan.
Division 3
The front 9 proved to be a difficult test for the players in D3. Darrin Stewart, +8/ 44, led by 1 over Jeff Snider and Taylor McKinney, followed by Chris Arledge who was 2 back. Darrin and Jeff fell back from the lead and finished the back 9 in 45, finishing with 89 & 90 respectively. Chris took the lead with 3 bogeys while Taylor had 2 doubles and a bogey, however Taylor bounced back with a birdie on #14. After a par on 14, Taylor dropped back with a triple on the awkward #15 to stand at +16. Chris seemed to take control with 3 pars after the bogeys to start the back 9, leaving him at +13 after15 holes. Taylor playing 2 groups in front of Chris had a 3 shot deficit to make up in 3 holes. With the tournament on the line Taylor has always seemed to be clutch as he finished with 2 pars and a birdie on #18 to leave him at +15. Chris bogeyed 16, doubled 17 to stand at +16. Chris came to the last hole knowing a birdie was needed to tie Taylor was able to pull it off. A 3rd playoff would take place starting on #5. Taylor and Chris both were in the fairway with their drives. Chris hit the green followed by a pulled approach shot to leave Taylor on a hill above the green sloping away from him. This position normally produces leaving it short in the rough or hitting the slope and sliding off the green to toward the water below the green. Taylor’s shot caught the green and stopped just short of the slope. Chris had a 45- 50 putt up a 3 foot slope to get close to the hole. Players routinely don’t get the ball past the top of the slope and they end up with the same length putt or longer. Chris hit a great putt that ended 3 feet past the hole. Taylor was left with a 20 footer for par to potentially tie Chris. Taylor ran his putt by almost getting to the slope on the other side of the green. He made the 6 footer coming back. Chris had a 3 ft. putt to win the hole. Chris’s putt slid by the hole then he tapped in to tie. The 2nd hole is where Taylor made a par to Chris’s bogey to claim the victory. This was Taylor’s 2nd win on the season with a 2nd place finish in his other tournament.
Division 4

Brody birdied #18 to finish 3 back of Mike’s 85. Mike’s 39 on the back is what propelled him to his 2nd victory on the year in 6 tournaments.
