2025 Upstate South Carolina Cobb’s Glen Country Club Tournament Results
Tournament Champions
Despite cloudy and cold conditions on Sunday, the Upstate Amateur Players Tour hosted its tournament at Cobb’s Glenn Country Club, drawing a large turnout of competitors during the first weekend of December.
The Upstate Amateur Players Tour travels the Upstate of South Carolina, along with portions of North Carolina and Georgia as well, offering golfers of all skill levels a chance to compete in one of five different divisions. The tour awards cash and VISA gift card prizes to its winners, along with an optional cash skins game.
Cobb’s Glen Country Club in Anderson is a 7,002-yard George Cobb design that offers a straightforward but demanding test. Known for courses like Augusta National’s Par-3 layout and Quail Hollow, Cobb brought the same clean, strategic style to this track.
The course is peaceful and well-kept, with four sets of tees that let players choose their challenge. Fairways are mature and playable, though they don’t leave much room for error. The Tif-Eagle Bermuda greens, installed in 2012, are large, fast and well-bunkered, putting a premium on accuracy and touch.
Here’s a breakdown of the results from Saturday’s tournament:
