The 2026 season of the Kentucky Amateur Players Tour kicked off at Oxmoor Country Club on 10/04/25.
Returning to the tour after taking a year off Rick Harp shot an impressive one under par round of 71 to win division one by five shots over 2025 Division One player of the year Josh Earnest who shot 76. Blake Claycomb took third with a round of 79.
Tony White picked up where he left off the 2025 season with a round of 74 which included a hole out eagle from 120. His round was enough for a four-shot victory over Derrick Harris. Matthew Giudice took third with a round of 80.
In Division Three Charles Lynch shot a round of 82 for a one shot win over Zach Walker and a two shot win over Gary Barrow and Jesse Cain.
Joey Fyall II visiting from the Carolina Triad Tour took Division Four with a round of 82 followed by James Enriquez at 86 and Charles Jason at 87.
Don Varble shot a round of 89 for a 8 shot win in Division Five over Marshall Kiser and Devan Simpson.
In the New Mid Am Net Division Zach Walker shot a round of net 73 to top John Sherman and Josh Earnest who both shot a net round of 76.
Also, new for the 2026 is the Senior Net Division. At Oxmoor James Enriquez shot a net round of -3 to top Don Varble at -2 and Danny Bay and Doc Sherman at +2.
