Mark Brailey is the Chapter Owner for the Tulsa chapter of the Amateur Players Tour. He is a Production and Process Manager with 30 years of experience in manufacturing aftermarket high-performance exhaust systems, focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, and team leadership. Mark joined the APT in 2022 and earned Player of the Year honors in Division 2 of the Arkansas chapter. In 2023, he became the Tulsa Chapter Owner with the goal of providing a consistent, professional-style tournament experience for every member. Outside of golf, Mark spent many years as an international referee in rink hockey, officiating eight World Championships across eight different countries. In 2012, he became the first American to referee a World Championship Final, held in Recife, Brazil — a highlight of his officiating career. Mark is married to his wife, Jennifer, and has two daughters, a stepdaughter, and six grandchildren.
