TPC River’s Bend Golf Tournament Results

What a great opening weekend for the Cincinnati/Dayton APT!  40 Members came out to compete in the Opening event of the year and the conditions were not great, but the members braved the cold and the wind to fight for the win. 
Division 1 was quite the show with 3 members sharing the lead at the end of 18 holes.  Andrew Miller, Grant Ledford and Michael Walters all shot a +4 76 and required extra holes to determine the winner.  The first 18 holes were highlighted with Grant Ledford having two birdies and an eagle on the front 9 to shoot a 35, he stumbled on the back 9 and allowed Andrew and Michael to catch him.  Michael Walters had 3 birdies of his own on the back 9.  Andrew was able to defeat both competitors on the first hole of the playoff to secure the win. 
Division 2 had its fair share of fireworks with James Heath and Chris Harris both having a great day, shooting 78 and 79 respectively with James pulling out the win. 
Division 3 was won by a newcomer Kevin Hoffman shooting a 79 with 2 birdies on the back 9, Michael Sutton finished 2nd shooting a 93 along with 5 other members. 
Division 4 was won by Josh Johnson who shot a 91 followed by Steve Michael who finished in 2nd place. 
Division 5 was another tightly contested division with Abbot Stinson pulling out the win shooting a 91 followed by Tim Bunker finishing in 2nd place. 
Senior Net was also won by Kevin Hoffman who shot a net -3!!  While the conditions were not the best, the course proved to be in great shape and we thank TPC River's Bend for having us out and look forward to a return in 2023!
