Dan Kennelly was raised in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada, before joining the United States Army in 1991. He served in the Military Police Corps and retired in 2013. Since 2017, he has called Central New Jersey home—and yes, Central Jersey does exist. Dan became involved with the Amateur Players Tour in 2023 as a player. In 2024, he stepped into the role of Owner and Director for the New Jersey / Philadelphia chapter. His goal is to build an inclusive and competitive golf community where players can improve their game, form lasting connections, and enjoy high-level competition on some of the best courses across New Jersey and the Philadelphia area.
