Our 1st 2day event of the season brought us to "The Eisenhower Open " on the White & Red courses at Eisenhower Park in Nassau County New York. Let’s see how the players did!
Division 1: It was a 3 way battle all weekend, but in the end Steven Sullivan(83/79-162) took home the Champions trophy. Mark Froehlich (85/81-166) took 2nd place honors followed by Ryan Campson (89/93-182)
Division 2: After 2 days just two strokes separated first and second place here in division 2! Peter Zielinski (75/80-155) took 1st place honors , followed by Tour newcomer Devin Samparani (80/77-157) in 2nd place and rounding out top 3 was Alex Cesaria (754/85-160).
Division 3: After Day 1, it was Sam Baichoo, John Grossi & William Guido in a tight battle for the top 3 spots. Tour veteran Sam Baichoo (80/85-165) came out on top. John Grossi (79/89-168) & William Guido (80/88-168) ended in a tie for 2nd place, William getting the prize $ on a match od cards.
Division 4: Well 36 holes wasn’t enough for Mike Bello (83/92-175) & Kermitt Bowen (86/89-175), so back to hole #1 they went and the playoff began. It was Mike coming out victorious over Kermitt, taking home 1st place honors. Conor Brogan (91/86-177) rounding out the top 3, in 3rd place.
Division 5: In our 2nd playoff of the tournament – Tour newcomer Kyle Samparani (91/92-183) and Mike Milinic (91/92-183) ended in a dead heat and needed to go back to #1 to settle it. Kyle came out on top in the sudden death playoff. Tied for 3rd place was Jeff Rothenberg (93/93-186) & Tommy Sweeney (97/89-186).
