Hamilton Mill Country Club Results

Thank you to all the players that made it to Hamilton Mill CC!   Even though it was on a Monday, we had a great turnout at a great course!  Hamilton Mill was playing very firm and fast.  Congrats to our winners!

Division 1

Consistency is sometimes the name of the game when it comes to winning golf tournaments.  Chris Jones was able to accomplish that today by staying level headed and consistent on the front and back nine in order to pull out his victory today!  Chris is getting back into the swing of competitive golf and started on the right track!  Congrats to Ramsey Kimbrough for making the long trip down from Chattanooga to play today.  Even though Ramsey wasn't familiar with the course, he gave it his best shot today and had a great time.  Thanks for coming down and supporting the Atlanta Tour Ramsey!

Division 2

Johnny Pierce has been a man on a mission lately and that did not stop today when he arrived at Hamilton Mill CC!  Even after his victory yesterday on the 1st Playoff hole at Stonehenge, he was able to continue his great play today by shooting a +5 score of 77!  What a great score on a very difficult golf course!  And congrats to Garrick Hill for coming in 2nd place today.  Even though Garrick did not come away with any hardware today, he did go home with some skin money!  Garrick won a Division Skin, Super Skin and Closest to the Pin!

Division 3

Having previous course knowledge has proven to help players, and that certainly helped APT Guest Steve Tucker!  Today was Steve's first APT tournament and shot his best nine hole score he's had all year!  By having such a great front nine, Steve was able to hold onto a 5 shot victory in Division 3.  Thanks to Craig Brown for coming all the way from Upstate South Carolina to play in the tournament today!  Craig was 7 shots better on his back nine but was unable to close the gap any further.  And congrats to Gabe Gamadanis on coming out to his first APT tournament!  The outcome may not have been what you wanted but competitive golf always gives us a reason to keep coming back!

Division 4

APT Tour guest Brian Aragona had a great day on the course today and was able to pull out the victory in Division 4 by 5 shots!  Brian has played many rounds at Hamilton Mill and was making his putts from everywhere on the back nine!  Congrats Brian!  Ted Kitchens might've finished in 2nd place today but could've finished first if he was able to make a couple putts today.  From tee to green, Ted was hitting it great but was having trouble with the greens.  Don't worry Ted, you'll pull out a victory this year!

Division 5

Congrats to our APT Tour newcomer Thomas Slater for his victory today!  Thomas was able to hit some great iron shots today and was able to pull out victory by 6 shots!  Congrats!  And congrats to APT Tour guest Brenden Aragona for his 2nd place finish today.  Hoping you had a great time and will come out to a couple more tournaments!
