    The St. Louis Amateur Players Tour headed to The Orchards GC in Belleville for an event Sunday on the Road to the Autohaus BMW St. Louis Local Player of the Year.  68 players teed it up on the Belleville course that featured tight doglegs and rewarded good shotmaking.

    In Division 1, Dylan Davidson used a solid back 9 35, including 2 birdies in the last 6 holes to propel him to a 1-over par 72 and the victory.  Chad Crawford came in 2nd place, but 2 shots back with a round of 74.

    In Division 2, Scott Horton returned to the winners circle with a solid round of 75.  After turning in 4-over par on the front 9, Horton played steady on the back, coming home in even par to beat Todd Feuerhaken and James Sills by 2 shots as both players fired 77’s to finish in a tie for 2nd.  The Top 5 was rounded out by Brad Garrett and Mike Mervis, who finished with rounds of 80.  On the senior side, Scott Horton edged Todd Feuerhaken by two strokes for the victory, and took over the lead in the Autohaus BMW St. Louis Player of the Year Race by the slimmest of margins.

    In Division 3, Dauffus Jackson returned to the winners circle by shooting an 80.  After starting the back 9 with a triple-bogey on the 10th hole, Jackson rebounded and played 1-over par the rest of the way in to earn a one-shot victory over Darrell Vankygrifka, who finished in solo 2nd with an 81.  3rd place honors went to Simay Souvannarath, Tony Quartuccio, and Haris Habibovic who each finished 3 shots off the pace with rounds of 83.  On the senior side, Darrell Vankygrifka returned to the winners circle with a 1-shot victory over Brian Koch.

    In Division 4, Matt Hall returned to the winners circle, shooting an 83 to earn a one shot victory over Mike Moynihan and Allen StarnesJohn Schranck continued his return to form with an 86 to finish in solo 4th place.  On the senior side, Matt Hall completed the double dip to earn a one-shot victory over Mike Moynihan.

    In Division 5, Jim Nichols shot an excellent 87 to earn a 5-shot victory over Jesse Cook, Brendan Dlubala and Selena Droce, who each finished with rounds of 92.  Tim Nuoffer rounded out the top-5 with a round of 93.  On the senior side, Jim Nichols completed the double-dip with a six-shot victory over Tim Nuoffer, who shot a 93 to finish in solo 2nd place.
