The weather was warm and the course was in good shape as the Kentucky and Cincinnati/Dayton Amateur Players Tour made a stop at the Links at Rising Star.
Division One saw Andrew Buse and Doug Fenter finish the tournament at one under par and heading to playoff to determine the winner. Fenter prevailed on the second playoff hole. Halen Stamper took third place third with a round of 72.
Matt Walters made a return to the winner’s circle with a round of 76 to win Division Two by two shots over Tony White and Rick Hilker who tied at 78.
Division Three saw Andy Patton and Charles Lynch tied at 78 to end the day and headed to a playoff to determine the winner. After 6 extra holes Andy Patton came out on top. Dan Maloney took the third spot in Division Three with a round of 79.
The play stayed hot in Division Fours with Todd Courtney shooting a round of 76 to top long time tour member Gregg Centers at 78 and Tim Shepard in third with a round of 79.
Mike Osbourn continued his hot streak in Division Five picking up another win with a round of 84. Kevin Bennett tool the second spot with a round of 86 followed by Derek Stinefield and Marshall Kiser who tied with rounds of 90.
