    St. Louis Golf Tournament Results: Annbriar Golf Course in Waterloo, IL | APT

    Temperatures hovered around 65 degrees under sunny skies, and while the course was in excellent condition, deep rough and increasing afternoon winds proved to be the defining challenge—pushing scores higher than what many expected coming into the round.

    On Sunday, April 19th, the APT St. Louis chapter returned to Annbriar Golf Course in Waterloo, IL for another competitive St. Louis golf tournament, as players were met with ideal spring conditions early before a tougher test developed throughout the day.

    A strong field competed, with players continuing to battle for position in the Autohaus BMW St. Louis Player of the Year race.

    In Division 1, John Todd, a 2-time National Senior Player of the Year, returned to form with a steady 3-over 75 to capture the victory against a strong Division 1 field. Cody Tesson finished second at 4-over 76, while Michael FlynnScott Prosser, and Doug Cristina shared third at 6-over 78.

    In Division 2, David Adams returned to the winner’s circle in dramatic fashion, defeating Matt Borgmeyer in a playoff after both players finished at 7-over 79. Adams secured the win with a par on the first playoff hole. Simay Souvannarathfinished third at 8-over 80, while Ben Lincoln placed fourth at 9-over 81. Taylor Young rounded out the money positions with a 10-over 82.

    In Division 3, Gerald Harsley broke through for his first Division 3 victory in St. Louis after earning promotion last season, posting a 12-over 84 to lead a deep field. Chris Price and Jason Stone shared second at 14-over 86, while Ralph Allen finished fourth at 15-over 87. Warren Witt and Jeff Morgan tied for fifth at 16-over 88 to round out the money positions.

    In Division 4, Scott Sahli earned his first career victory, carding a 15-over 87 to secure a one-shot win. Bill McMahanfinished second at 16-over 88, while Dave Draucker and Michael Wulf shared third at 18-over 90. Stephen WilliamsJohn Abercrombie, and Bobby Robertson tied for fifth at 19-over 91 to round out the money positions.

    In Division 5, Roger Eberlein continued his torrid start to the season, emerging victorious in a 3-way playoff. Eberlein, Kenneth Finkbeiner, and Esther Flora all finished tied at 21-over 93, with Eberlein securing the win after two playoff holes. Mark Smith finished fourth at 22-over 94, while Chris Brockmeyer placed fifth at 26-over 98.

    In the Mid-Am Net Division, Matt Borgmeyer posted a 1-over 73 to claim the victory. Stephen Williams finished second at 3-over 75, while Tiffany McMillan placed third at 5-over 77. Brett Winkeler and Eric Schaetty tied for fourth at 6-over 78 to round out the money positions.

    In the Senior Net Division, Chris Price led the way with a 1-under 71 to earn the win. Simay Souvannarath and Roger Eberlein shared second at even-par 72, while John Todd and David Adams tied for fourth at 1-over 73. Dave DrauckerBill McMahanKenneth Finkbeiner, and Esther Flora tied for sixth at 2-over 74 to round out the money positions.

    The APT St. Louis chapter now turns its attention to Saturday, May 9th at Crescent Farms, featuring a 1:00 PM shotgun start. Spots are limited, and registration closes May 2nd.
