The Amateur Players Tour returned to Snow Hill Country Club on Sunday, June 14th, where 62 players from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan competed on one of Ohio’s true hidden gems. The par 70 layout was in beautiful condition, and we would like to extend a special thank you to Kyle Miller and his entire staff for their hospitality and for presenting the course in outstanding shape. If you have never played Snow Hill Country Club, it is truly a must-play golf course in Ohio.

    Division 1 (4 Players)

Tommy Rowe of Columbus, Ohio, making just his third start on the Amateur Players Tour, broke through with an impressive victory. Rowe fired a 2-over par 72 to capture his first APT title, finishing two strokes ahead of Jonathan Feldkamp of Maineville, Ohio. John Link of Delaware, Ohio rounded out the top three finishers.

    Division 2 (13 Players)

Blake Smith of Lancaster, Ohio continued his outstanding season by picking up his third victory of the year. The current Columbus Player of the Year points leader posted a 5-over par 75 to hold off both Kento Kimura of Dublin, Ohio and Jess VanVleet of Jeffersonville, Indiana by four shots.

    Division 3 (15 Players)

    Division 4 (14 Players)

Division 4 featured one of the most exciting battles of the day, with four different players holding a share of the lead at various points during the round. In the end, Marcell Lesueur of Dayton, Ohio held steady to earn his second victory of the season with a round of 86. Shawn Snyder of Belmont, Ohio finished just one shot back at 87, while Van Rome of Canal Winchester, Ohio continued his consistent season by recording his ninth Top-5 finish of the year, placing third just three shots behind the champion.

    Division 5 (10 Players)

Doc Sherman of Pleasant City, Ohio made his anniversary weekend even more memorable by capturing the Division 5 championship and taking home both the trophy and prize money. Ian Lilburn of Columbus, Ohio and Quintin Jessee of Hilliard, Ohio finished tied just three shots behind the winner.
