2026 TRIAD Colonial CC

We had 52 players competing at Colonial CC. The players were invited with early summer-like conditions for the weather in the low 80’s. The course was in fantastic shape and if you are in the Thomasville area, it’s a must play. 

In Division 1, we had a great race throughout the round but in the end one player emerged victorious by 3 shots over the field.  The leader John Masotti played very steady all day and carded a 74(+3).

 In Division 2 we had a solid performance from Morrisville’s Scott Nichols. Nichols carded a 78(+7) to win by 2 shots over Christian Alderucci 80(+9) and Sean Kim 80(+9).

   In Division 3 we had a familiar player in the winner’s circle. Andre Banks kept his round under control on the difficult greens and was the only single digit round in Division 3 with a 77(+6). In 2^ndplace Micheal Mullins carded an 82(+11) and Phil Vangeersdalean  carded rounds of 83 (+12). Andre Banks also carded a net 67(-4) to win the Senior Net contest for a massive payout today.Vangeersdalen also took the T2 Senior Net.

In Division 4 David Lamberton secured the victory by 1 shot over Ronnie Thornton 92(+21) and Fred Carvalho 92 (+21). Lamberton carded a 91(+20). Carvalho also has T2 for Sr Net.

In Division 5 we had 7 players competing for the title at Colonial CC. It was Jason Virden of Charlotte, NC with a score of 90(+19) to start the season off with a 1 shot victory over Lance Blackshear 91(+20).
