Bill Favinger is the Chapter Owner for the Central PA chapter of the Amateur Players Tour. He has been married to his wife, Melodie, since 2002, and they have one daughter, Gracie, who attends Penn State University. Bill is a retired United States Marine, having served 22 years in the Marine Corps. After completing his military career, he opened Rally Point Barbershop in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, in 2018. An avid golfer for 15 years, Bill joined the Amateur Players Tour in 2023. As a Chapter Owner, he focuses on providing a consistent, organized, and welcoming tournament experience for players across Central Pennsylvania.
