Lockhaven Golf Club Summer Stableford Results

Last week, the Amateur Players Tour kicked off the summer at Lockhaven Golf Club with a stableford event. Lockhaven Golf Club is a professionally designed 18-hole, 72-par public course located on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River and the meeting of the Great Rivers National Scenic Byway.

In Division 1, Nate McCutcheon earned his first local win of the season shooting a 1 over-par 73 and scoring 40 points on the day. Justin Beaston of Troy, IL came out strong in his first APT event shooting a 2 over-par 74, scoring 37 points. Matt Minder came up just one point behind Justin shooting a solid round of 3 over-par 75, earning 36 points.

Division 1 Results:

1.      Nate McCutcheon: +1 – 73 – 40 Points

2.     Justin Beaston: +2 – 74 – 37 Points

3.     Matt Minder: +3 – 75 – 36 Points

In Division 2, Darrell VankyGrifka had a tremendous day shooting 3 under-par on the back to shoot 2 over-par 74, scoring 38 points on the day. Billy Davis, Ray Morales, and Joel Miller all shot 4 over-par, scoring 34 points.

In Division 3, Mary Kolda of Belleville, IL earned her first local win of the 2022 season shooting 5 over-par 77, scoring 31 points. Hot on her heels was David Watson shooting 9 over-par 81, scoring 30 points. David Ross shot 7 over-par 79, scoring 29 points.

Division 3 Results:

1.      Mary Kolda: +7 – 79 – 31 Points

2.     David Watson: +9 – 81 – 30 Points

3.     David Ross: +7 – 79 – 29 Points

In Division 4, Dallas Cook took home his first APT win shooting 11 over-par, scoring 44 points. Toby Chrzanowski of Wentzville, MO, came up one point behind Dallas shooting 12 over-par 84, scoring 43 points. Dolly Buenaventura made her APT debut shooting 13 over-par, scoring 42 points in her first APT event.

Division 4 Results:

1.      Dallas Cook: +11 – 83 – 44 Points

2.     Toby Chrzanowski: +12 – 84 – 43 Points

3.     Dolly Buenaventura: +13 – 85 – 42 Points

In Division 5, Les Mays made a strong statement winning division 5 by 8 points shooting 13 over-par 85, scoring 41 points. Jerry Miller continues his hot streak shooting 21 over-par 93, earning 33 points. Jim Seibert and Chris Brockmeyer tied for 3rd both scoring 32 points on the day.

1.      Les Mays: +13 – 85 – 41 Points

2.     Jerry Miller: +21 – 93 – 33 Points
